This plan provides small organizations with a basic format for developing a written exposure control plan.

OSHA’s Form 300
This form contains information relating to employee health and must protect employee confidentiality while being used for occupational safety and health purposes.                

OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses
This document records information about every work-related death, or work-related injury or illness involving loss of consciousness, restricted work activity or job transfer, among other important relevant findings.

This list contains a list of trainings that are required by OSHA.

KACo Emergency Action Plan Program
