EKU Advantage


Program Details

Eligible county employees, their spouses and dependents can receive 30 percent discounted tuition, free textbooks and locked-in-tuition rates for two years through a historic partnership between Eastern Kentucky University and KACo.

The EKU Advantage partnership will provide thousands of eligible employees within member counties with greater accessibility to the various educational programs at Eastern Kentucky University.

To apply, determine the degree type and program you want to pursue and begin your online application here.

  • On the application, answer “yes” to being a Corporate Educational Partner
  • Select KACo from the list of choices

Once the eligible applicant has completed the application for admissions, they will receive an email communication from EKU to upload a confirmation of employment letter.

Master of Public Administration Program

Eastern Kentucky University is promoting its 100% online Master of Public Administration program to KACo members interested in pursuing an MPA using their associated 30% tuition discount.

This public administration program allows you to leverage your interests and work experience by acquiring in-depth specialization in a range of focus areas. Graduates are prepared to assume a variety of leadership roles within nonprofit, public sector and government institutions. Learn more here
