The Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo), Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police (KACP) and PM AM Corporation are hosting a PM AM Software training day Nov. 10, 2022, at KACo headquarters (400 Englewood Drive in Frankfort). PM AM training staff will demonstrate navigating the human capital management (HCM) platform, answer questions, and provide onsite help, training and tips to help navigate the system.

Topics include:

  1. Employee Database – Covering skills, documents and the additional information tab for groups.
  2. Policy – Deep dive into policy creation, editing and assigning and cover how to map policies to standards for accreditation purposes.
  3. Training – Discuss mapping training to standards, policy, test and feedback for 360 view to signoffs.
  4. Audit – Cover the Audit module, completed for submission, verify proofs, and understand RFI and other options before submitting.
  5. WBI (Early Intervention) – Refresher on module, setting control and setup.

The class is free of charge for any one currently using the PM AM Software or for those thinking about using the software in the future. Lunch is sponsored by KACo, KACP and the PM AM Corporation.

KACo law enforcement customers are eligible for the full version of the PM AM software free for two years if they are currently accredited or are in the process of becoming accredited.

Sheriff offices and police departments are encouraged to send the PM AM administrator and the backup administrator to the training. We also encourage participants to bring a laptop to the training for one-on-one assistance with the software.
