On May 25, 2021, KACo hosted a virtual training called, "Sexual Harassment in the Workplace". This course covered the laws and regulations that define sexual harassment, the reporting duties and consequences for failing to do so, and offered suggestions to best implement anti-harassment policies in the workplace. Participants learned ways to prevent and discourage sexual harassment and how to promote a safe and respectful workplace.
