On April 16, 2021, KACo hosted a virtual training called, "Avoiding wrongful termination lawsuits". The class focused on implementing best practices to avoid wrongful termination lawsuits, including legal action relating to whistleblower violations, hostile work environment, political affiliation, and free speech violations, among others. Speakers included Stacey A. Blankenship, partner with Keuler, Kelly, Hutchins, Blankenship & Sigler, LLP and Rich Ornstein, Staff Attorney at KACo.
