The Kentucky Association of Counties, Inc. (KACo) is requesting proposals for janitorial services for two buildings (350 and 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, KY  40601) for the period September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027.  The agreement may be renewed on an annual basis upon the mutual agreement of both parties.

Submissions are due no later than 4:00 p.m., August 17, 2026 to procurement@kaco.org.  Proposals will be opened at 9:00 a.m., August 18, 2026 at the KACo office, 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, KY  40601.

KACo reserves the right to:

1. Utilize additional information contained within any response;
2. Waive irregularities in any response;
3. Reject any or all responses; and
4. Negotiate with any party regarding their response.
