The Kentucky Association of Counties, Inc. (KACo) is requesting proposals to remove and replace the pervious pavement in the KACo office front parking lot located at 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, KY. 

Scope

• Remove and haul away existing pervious pavement.
• Replace the pervious pavement with six-inch-deep concrete utilizing a wire mesh. 
• Parking space striping. 

Responses

•  Proposals must include the following pricing:
• Removal and replacement of all pervious pavement in the front parking lot, including striping; and
• Removal and replacement of only the pervious pavement section in the front parking lot closest to Englewood Drive, including striping.
• Minimum three corporate references.
• Insured, with a potential performance bond requirement.
• All potential respondents must schedule a visit to review the property prior to submitting a proposal.

Proposals shall be submitted by email to procurement@kaco.org no later than 4:00 p.m. (EST), on April 13, 2026.  Bid opening will be at 9:00 a.m. at 400 Englewood Drive on April 14, 2026.

KACo reserves the right to

• Utilize additional factors contained within any proposal;
• Waive irregularities in any proposal; 
• Negotiate with any party regarding their proposal; and 
• Reject any or all proposals.
