The Kentucky Association of Counties, Inc. (KACo) will hold its 51st Annual Conference at the Galt House Hotel on November 12-14, 2025 in Louisville, KY. KACo is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for audio visual services for the duration of the conference.

All responses to this RFP shall be received by KACo no later than September 2, 2025 at 4 p.m. The public bid opening/proposal review will occur September 3, 2025 at 9 a.m. at 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. Bids/proposals may be submitted via email: sonya.chesser@kaco.org; or via US Mail: KACo, Attn: Sonya Chesser, 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601.

All proposals must comply with the Galt House Hotel’s requirements for audio visual providers. Please note that KACo will be charged additional fees for companies that are not the Galt House Hotel’s designated audio visual provider. These fees will be taken into consideration during selection of the provider.
