Recovery Ready Communities
The Recovery Ready Communities Certification Program is designed to provide a quality measure of a city or county’s substance use disorder (SUD) recovery efforts. The program offers local officials, recovery advocates, and concerned citizens the opportunity to evaluate their community’s current SUD treatment programs and interventions in a framework that is designed to maximize positive public health outcomes among Kentuckians suffering from SUD.

Annual Reporting 
Any county receiving opioid settlement funds directly must provide an annual report to the Kentuckhy Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission.

NACo Opioid Solutions Center
NACo's Opioid Solutions Center empowers local leaders to invest resources in effective prevention, treatment, recovery and harm reduction practices that save lives and address the underlying causes of substance use disorders.

Principles for the Use of Funds from the Opioid Litigation (Johns Hopkins)
These principles are nationally recognized guidance for states, counties and cities receiving money from the lawsuits against entities that contributed to the opioid epidemic. These planning Principles, coordinated by faculty at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, can help jurisdictions create a foundation for effective spending of the monies to save lives from overdose.

Opioid Settlement Planning Toolkit (Bloom Kentucky)
The purpose of this toolkit is to assist individuals and organizations as they begin planning for the application and distribution of Kentucky’s opioid settlement do lars. The toolkit provides tips and resources for establishing a team, facilitating planning discussions and writing a program or project funding proposal.

Rapid Implementation and Technical Assistance (RITA) Hub
RITA provides no cost technical assistance and implementation support to criminal legal system, health, and social service agencies across Kentucky.
