National opioid settlements have been reached with defendants Janssen, Cardinal, McKesson, AmerisourceBergen, Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Kroger Co., Purdue/Sacklers and the Generic Manufacturers.

Public Allocation Amounts

A public dashboard was created by the Directing Administrator of the Distributor Settlement Agreement for the Janssen, CVS, Walgreens, Allergan and Teva Settlement Agreements which lists allocation and payment values by state and subdivision. Note that the projected payment values are estimates only.

Non-Opioid Remediation Use Reporting

Pursuant to Section V.B.2 of the Distributor Settlement Agreement, Section VI.B.2 of the Janssen Settlement Agreement, Section VIII.C of the Allergan Public Global Opioid Settlement Agreement, Section VIII.C of the Teva Global Opioid Settlement Agreement, Section V.B of the Walmart Settlement Agreement, Section V.B of the CVS Settlement Agreement, Section V.B of the Walgreens Settlement Agreement, and Section V.B of the Kroger Settlement Agreement, (“Settlement Agreements”), the Non-Opioid Remediation Use Reports shall be available to the public.
