This class is designed to enhance safety, confidence, and best practices for passenger transportation. The first hour reviews agency protocols, policies, and the importance of following established procedures. The second hour features hands-on demonstrations, interactive discussions, and opportunities for participants to ask questions and practice techniques. This seminar is presented in partnership with BraunAbility and American Bus & Accessories.
