When used correctly, parliamentary procedures will empower members and promote participation – all the while keeping your meetings orderly and efficient. This session will not only provide a better understanding of the fundamentals of parliamentary procedures and some tools to help you lead meetings like a pro, it will also cover the basics – and legalities – of open meetings. Lunch will be provided.
