This one-day, in-person training was designed to support county leaders and stakeholders in maximizing the impact of opioid settlement funds through proven local strategies. Attendees learned best practices for forming advisory groups, supporting recovery housing, and building strong recovery ecosystems. Participants received important updates from the Kentucky Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission (KYOAAC) on upcoming regulatory changes and compliance requirements. The day included an immersive visit and lunch at Recovery Café Frankfort to see community-based recovery in action.
