The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Division of Purchases has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Kentucky’s Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Program. The purpose of the RFP is to seek proposals for the planning, deployment, operation and maintenance of Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC) Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Stations (EVSE Stations) throughout Kentucky, as part of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program.

Proposers are welcome to formally submit questions regarding the RFP, which must be submitted in accordance with Section 2.3. Questions are due no later than July 13, 2023 and should be submitted via email to Laura.Hagan@ky.gov.
