In a reverse auction, sellers place bids for the amount they are willing to be paid for their goods or services, and at the end of the auction, the seller bidding the lowest dollar amount wins.
This year, KACo's salt auction will be held June 12 and 13. The deadline to register for participation is May 15. To register, go to www.kacoauctions.com or click the link below.
If you participated in last year's auction, you will automatically receive a separate email with a link. This link will allow you to easily enter the number of tons you need and join the upcoming auction.
Note that you must follow established advertisement procedures if your salt purchase will exceed your procurement threshold. When you register, a sample advertisement will be provided via email.
