Kentucky elected county officials and solid waste coordinators are encouraged to register for the Kentucky Recycling Symposium April 13-14 at the University of Pikeville.
The symposium will include discussions about the current state of recycling, presentations from industry experts and networking opportunities, with the goal of bringing together stakeholders from the public and private sectors to explore strategies to improve recycling across the commonwealth.
Click here for details, including a link to agenda and registration information as well as sponsorship opportunities.
Please note that same-day registration will not be available, so you are encouraged to register for the symposium soon.
Also note that the block of rooms at the adjacent Hampton Inn will be held until Wednesday, March 15. After that date, expect a slight increase in lodging rates, although some rooms should still be available at the Hampton Inn and other nearby hotels.
