Sheriff Ramon Pineiroa of Nelson County is the incoming President of the Kentucky Sheriffs' Association. He and the 2025 KSA Board of Directors were sworn in Thursday evening during the KSA annual conference in Bowling Green.
“Sheriff Pineiroa is one of the most dedicated sheriffs that I've ever been involved with. I've known him since he began the ranks as deputy sheriff, and he's always willing to help. He always goes the extra mile, not only for the people in Nelson County, but certainly our association,” said KSA Executive Director Jerry Wagner. “His leadership abilities are exceptional. His people believe in Sheriff Pineiroa, trust in him, as do we. We're going to have a great year coming up in 2025 and we look forward to spending the year with him as our president.”
