KACo hosted a member briefing on May 8, 2024 about medical cannabis in Kentucky and what this new industry means for local governments.
The webinar featured Sam Flynn, Executive Director of the Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program. Flynn covered recent changes to state law and regulations, the licensing process for cannabis businesses and how counties can regulate cannabis businesses in their jurisdiction.
