Designed for both elected county officials and their staff, Eastern Kentucky University faculty will offer tips, insights and interactive exercises focused on improving your leadership thinking skills. Breakfast and lunch provided. 7 hours training credit available.

About the speaker
Justin Hall is the founder of Custom Training Solutions, a private consulting firm based out of Kentucky, who specializes in strategic organizational development, program development, implementation strategy, and leadership development. Justin brings with him not only a passion but also 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operational development, including direct operational capabilities, along with senior development and strategic planning. Justin holds two degrees in business with a concentration in psychology and numerous certifications in instructional design, Six Sigma, and leadership.
