About the speaker
Justin Hall is the founder of Custom Training Solutions, a private consulting firm based out of Kentucky, who specializes in strategic organizational development, program development, implementation strategy, and leadership development. Justin brings with him not only a passion but also 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operational development, including direct operational capabilities, along with senior development and strategic planning. Justin holds two degrees in business with a concentration in psychology and numerous certifications in instructional design, Six Sigma, and leadership.
