On May 10, the U.S. Treasury issued an Interim Final Rule to implement the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund and the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund established under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
The rule provides supplementary information and more detailed guidance on the use and reporting of ARPA funds, including for counties.
Counties are encouraged to submit comments electronically through the Federal eRulemaking Portal.
Comments must be received on or before July 16, 2021.
