On May 28, 2024, KACo hosted a training on sexual harassement for supervisors, taught by attorney Carol Petitt of Vaughn Petitt Legal Group, PLLC.
The class covered the laws and regulations that define sexual harassment, the reporting duties and consequences for failing to do so and offered suggestions to best implement anti-harassment policies in the workplace. Participants learned ways to prevent and discourage sexual harassment and how to promote a safe and respectful workplace.
