What are we looking for:

• 21 years of age +
• Possess US citizenship
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Pass a criminal background check & fingerprinted
• Pass an oral interview, polygraph exam, medical exam, physical fitness test, and drug screening
• Have been honorably discharged from military service (if applicable )
• Dedication to the community and law enforcement family
• Law Enforcement Experience Preferred but not required
• Veteran Preferred but not required
• Excellent skills in documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication & listening skills
• The ability to transition within these positions:
  • Road Patrol
  • Water Patrol on Lake Cumberland
  • School Resource Officer
  • Court Security Officer
