The Kentucky Association of Counties, Inc. (KACo) will hold its 52nd Annual Conference at the Galt House Hotel on November 18-20, 2026 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, KY. KACo is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for audio visual services for the duration of the conference.

All responses to this RFP shall be received by KACo no later than August 13, 2026 at 4 p.m. The public bid opening/proposal review will occur on August 14, 2026 at 9 a.m. at 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. Bids/proposals may be submitted via email: procurement@kaco.org; or via US Mail: KACo, Attn: Sonya Chesser, 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601.

All proposals must comply with the Central Bank Center’s requirements for audio visual providers.  Costs imposed by the Central Bank Center, if any, will be taken into consideration during selection of the provider.

2. Waive irregularities in any response;
3. Reject any or all responses; and
4. Negotiate with any party regarding their response.
