Smith, Deputy Executive Director of Housing Programs at the Kentucky Housing Corporation, and Patrick Bowen, President of Bowen National Research, presented fresh data on housing gaps, as well as key demographic, economic, and fiscal trends. Boone County Judge/Executive Gary Moore and Johnson County Judge/Executive Mark McKenzie shared valuable insights into how their counties are addressing the challenges of housing availability and affordability, highlighting best practices and innovative housing initiatives.
